This toy is a big hit with my 22 month old son. He quickly learned how to place the divers on the diving board and to launch them (fine motor skills) - and he has a good time watching them fly off the board. Although I recommend the toy, the flip pad attached to the boat (where the diving board fits) came apart when my son dropped the toy, and would now need to be glued back together because my son keeps taking the pieces apart.
